Privacy Policy

Last updated 30 October 2026

1. Who we are

Collabond is a free directory where UGC creators and brands find each other.

2. What we collect

Account data: your name, email, account type and password (stored only as a secure hash). Profile data: what you add to your profile, such as photo, bio, links and videos. A creator profile is public once approved. Messages and reviews: messages are private to the two people in a conversation, and reviews are public with the company name. Technical data: IP address and browser type, logged by our hosting providers for security.

3. How we use it

We use your data to run Collabond: to create your account, show your profile, deliver messages and keep the service safe. Our team reads a conversation only to handle a report or abuse. We never sell your data, show ads or use tracking cookies.

4. Who we share it with

Only the providers that help us run the site: Supabase (database and storage, in the EU), Vercel (hosting) and Zoho (emails). Videos from TikTok, Instagram or YouTube load only when you press play, and those services then apply their own privacy policies. Your data may be processed in the EU, the US and other countries, with appropriate safeguards.

5. Cookies

We use only a necessary cookie that keeps you signed in, so there is no cookie banner.

6. Your rights

You can edit your data in your account and delete your account at any time, which removes your profile, messages and reviews you wrote. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California) you may also have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to how we use it. Write to hello@getcollabond.com and we will respond within the time required by law. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Children and changes

Collabond is for adults (18+). We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
