Terms of Service

Collabond is a website that connects UGC creators with brands. We only provide the directory and the chat. We are not a party to any agreement between creators and brands, and we do not employ, represent or guarantee any user.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into contracts. Provide accurate information and keep access to your email address secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

We review creator profiles before they appear publicly. We may approve, reject, hide or remove a profile at our discretion, for example if it is incomplete, misleading or breaches these terms. Approved profiles are visible to everyone, including people who are not logged in.

Brands can message a creator through the creator’s profile; the creator can then reply in the same conversation. Creators are never obliged to respond. Be respectful: no spam, harassment, scams or unlawful content. You can block anyone and report a conversation; our team may read a reported conversation and may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Brands that have chatted with a creator can review them, and creators can invite past clients to write a “past work” review. Reviews must be honest and based on real work. We may remove reviews that are false, abusive or unrelated to real work, and we do not edit review content.

Collabond does not process payments and takes no commission. Brands and creators agree scope, price and payment terms directly with each other and pay each other outside the platform. We recommend a written agreement. You are responsible for your own contracts, invoices and taxes.

You remain the owner of the content you upload. You are responsible for it and confirm that you have all necessary rights (including rights to people, music and brands shown). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store and display your content on Collabond for as long as it is on your profile. Do not upload anything unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful.

Do not misuse the service: no spam or unsolicited bulk messages, no scraping of personal data, no impersonation, and no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Collabond is currently free. We may introduce optional paid features in the future.

We provide the service as it is and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that you will find a creator or a brand. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law requires. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damage. We are not liable for the conduct of users or for agreements made between them.

You can delete your account at any time under Account → Delete my account. Your profile, uploaded files and contact requests are then removed. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will inform you in advance by email or on the website.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Collabond’s operator is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
